Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout:

• 2-Day Express: Delivery within 2 business days (HK$200)
• Overnight: Next business day delivery (HK$350)

International Shipping

We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

• Canada: 7-10 business days
• Europe: 10-14 business days
• Asia: 10-14 business days
• Rest of World: 14-21 business days

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12pm EST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

In-Store Pickup

Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our New York flagship store. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup, typically within 2-3 business days.
