Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

  1. Log into your account and navigate to your order history to initiate a return request
  2. Print the prepaid return label included in your return confirmation email
  3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging, if possible
  4. Attach the return label to the outside of the package
  5. Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please follow the return process and place a new order for your desired item.

If you need assistance with sizing or have questions about specific items, our customer service team is here to help.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. For domestic returns, a prepaid return label is provided. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at call@rhetrry.fit with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Store Returns

Online purchases may be returned to our New York flagship store within 30 days of purchase with your order confirmation. Store credit will be issued immediately.
